The clinic is ISO-9001 certified. This international quality mark means that we adhere to a quality management system where processes and procedures are systematically monitored, governed and improved. Furthermore, we assure the safety of our patients and the quality of our care by means of:

• External audits carried out by a hospital hygienist, supervisory pharmacist and an infection prevention expert
• Periodic satisfaction surveys aimed at patients and referrers
• An optimal Electronic Patient File (EPF)
• Registration and causation analysis of complications and incidents
